Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the wholesale price of agricultural products for today.

According to the committee, tomato (Indian) has been sold at Rs 70 per kg, tomato small (local) at Rs 28 per kg, tomato small (Indian) at Rs 30 per kg, tomato small (Terai) at Rs 32 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 20 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 24 per kg and onion (Indian) at Rs 37 per kg.

Similarly, carrot (local) has been reduced to Rs 35 per kg, carrot (Terai) at Rs 30 per kg, cabbage (local) at Rs 40 per kg, cabbage (coconut) at Rs 30 per kg, cauliflower local at Rs 55 per kg, cauliflower local (Jyapu) at Rs 60 per kg, white radish (local) at Rs 18 per kg, white radish (hybrid) at Rs 25 per kg, brinjal lamcho at Rs 50 per kg and brinjal dal at Rs 70 per kg.

Similarly, beans (stem) Rs 100 per kg, matarkosa Rs 70 per kg, ghee beans (local) Rs 60 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) Rs 55 per kg, ghee beans (rajma) Rs 120 per kg, tate beans Rs 100 per kg, bitter gourd Rs 110 per kg, gourd Rs 50 per kg, parwar (local) Rs 100 per kg, parwar (local) Rs 90 per kg, Chichindo Rs 100 per kg. The price of cucumber has been increased to Rs 70 per kg, jhingani at Rs 120 per kg, ripe farsi at Rs 60 per kg, green farsi (lamcho) at Rs 40 per kg, green farsi (dallo) at Rs 50 per kg, okra at Rs 90 per kg, sweet potato at Rs 70 per kg, Barela at Rs 70 per kg, pindalu at Rs 60 per kg and squash at Rs 60 per kg.

Similarly, mustard has been fixed at Rs 60 per kg, spinal leaves at Rs 70 per kg, Chamsur at Rs 90 per kg, mustard at Rs 50 per kg, fenugreek at Rs 90 per kg, green onion at Rs 100 per kg, Bakula at Rs 50 per kg, Yam at Rs 70 per kg, Mushroom (Kanya) at Rs 220 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 350 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 300 per kg and Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg.

Cucumber is Rs 400 per kg, niguro Rs 80 per kg, broccoli Rs 80 per kg, beetroot Rs 70 per kg, Sajeevan Rs 120 per kg, Koirala Rs 250 per kg, red cabbage Rs 45 per kg, cumin greens Rs 60 per kg, cabbage Rs 60 per kg, celery Rs 130 per kg, parsley Rs 200 per kg, mint Rs 120 per kg, tamarind Rs 180 per kg, copper Rs 130 per kg. The price of tofu has been fixed at Rs 150 per kg and gundruk at Rs 280 per kg.

Apple (bag) Rs 250 per kg, apple (fuji) Rs 300 per kg, banana (dozen) Rs 220, lemon Rs 300 per kg, pomegranate Rs 350 per kg, grapes (green) Rs 220 per kg, grapes (black) Rs 350 per kg, orange (Indian) Rs 150 per kg, watermelon green Rs 50 per kg, pineapple Rs 170 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 45 per kg, cucumber (hybrid) Rs 25 per kg. Cucumber (locallocros) has been fixed at Rs 30 per kg, jackfruit at Rs 80 per kg, lemon at Rs 80 per kg, pear (China) at Rs 250 per kg, dry fruits (Nepali) at Rs 70 per kg, dry fruits (Indian) at Rs 100 per kg, strawberry at Rs 300 per kg and kiwi at Rs 450 per kg.

Similarly, amla is Rs 190 per kg, ginger Rs 90 per kg, dried chillies Rs 450 per kg, chillies (green) Rs 90 per kg, chillies (bullet) Rs 70 per kg, fish chillies Rs 110 per kg, chillies Rs 800 per kg, sheep chillies Rs 90 per kg, green garlic Rs 100 per kg, green coriander Rs 200 per kg, garlic dried (Chinese) Rs 310 per kg. Likewise, garlic (Nepali) has been set at Rs 150 per kg, chipped dried at Rs 120 per kg, green green at Rs 100 per kg, fish dried at Rs 1,000 per kg, fresh fish (rahu) at Rs 340 per kg, fresh fish at Rs 300 per kg and fresh fish (stick) at Rs 320 per kg.
