Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The government has decided to allow companies listed in the Nepali stock exchange to be listed in the foreign securities market.
Presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2083/84 in the joint session of the Federal Parliament, Finance Minister Dr Yubaraj Khatiwada said this while presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2083/84. Swarnim Wagle has made this announcement.
Presenting the budget statement, Finance Minister Wagle said that the companies listed in the Nepalese securities market would be allowed to issue ‘Global Depository Receipt’ by fulfilling the set process and being listed in the foreign securities market.
