Kathmandu. Prime Minister Balendra Shahwill speak in the House of Representatives on Tuesday. After the opposition parties continued to obstruct the parliament , the Rastriya Swatantra Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has announced that Prime Minister Shah will come to the parliament. 

Chief Whip Kabindra Burlakoti has informed that PM Shah will be in parliament within a week . 

Labor Culture Party, UML, Congress, Rastriya Prajatantra Party and other opposition parties have been continuously obstructing the parliament demanding that the Prime Minister be present in the parliament.
