Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance ‘National Best Presented Annual Report Award-2025′ (BPA Award){{TAG_CLOSE_span_ 19} has been honored. The Company has been awarded with the ‘Gold Award’ under the ‘BPA award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN).

The award was presented to the company during a special ceremony held at Hotel Yak & Yeti in Kathmandu. 

Praveen Raman Parajuli, Chief Executive Officer of the company, received the award on behalf of the company while Nir Bahadur, President of ICAN, and Sar u handed over the award to the company. 

The award has been given in recognition of the outstanding presentation of the annual financial report for the fiscal year 2081/82, financial transparency, adequate disclosure, effective adherence to Nepal Financial Reporting Standards and other accounting standards and high commitment to corporate good governance . 

Receiving the award, CEO Parajuli said that the award is a matter of pride for the Nepal Life Family.The award has given the company more responsibility to move towards a higher level of financial transparency, good governance and excellent performance. 

As of mid-April of the current fiscal year, the company has issued more than 52.4 lakh insurance policies.The company, which manages life insurance fund of more than Rs 267 billion, has so far paid claims of more than Rs 113 billion. The company has so far paid more than Rs 17 billion in revenue to the government.
