Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the maximum wholesale price of agricultural products for Tuesday.

According to the committee, tomato (Nepali) has been sold at Rs 60 per kg, tomato small (tunnel) at Rs 35 per kg, potato red (long) at Rs 50 per kg, potato red (round) at Rs 53 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 35 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 35 per kg, potato white (Indian) at Rs 35 per kg, onion dried (Indian) at Rs 57 per kg.

Similarly, the price of carrot (local) is Rs 110 per kg, carrot (Terai) at Rs 80 per kg, cabbage (local) at Rs 30 per kg, cauliflower local at Rs 100 per kg, red radish at Rs 40 per kg, white radish at Rs 25 per kg, brinjal lamcho at Rs 60 per kg and brinjal dalo at Rs 70 per kg.

According to the committee, beans Rs 90 per kg, maize beans Rs 90 per kg, ghee beans (local) Rs 130 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) Rs 130 per kg, ghee beans (rajma) Rs 140 per kg, tatte beans Rs 120 per kg, soybean beans Rs 100 per kg, bitter gourd Rs 60 per kg, gourd Rs 70 per kg, parwar (local) Rs 70 per kg, parwar (local) Rs 70 per kg, Parwar (Terai) Rs 70 per kg. The price of chichinda has been increased to Rs 40 per kg, ghee to Rs 70 per kg, jhiguni to Rs 80 per kg, ripe farsi to Rs 60 per kg, green farsi (dallo) to Rs 90 per kg, okra to Rs 70 per kg, sweet potato to Rs 120 per kg, pindalu to Rs 100 per kg and squash to Rs 70 per kg.

Likewise, mustard has been fixed at Rs 200 per kg, spindle at Rs 250 per kg, mustard greens at Rs 200 per kg, onion (green) at Rs 200 per kg, mushroom at Rs 280 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 500 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 320 per kg and Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg.

Likewise, the price of beetroot has been fixed at Rs 100 per kg, niguro at Rs 100 per kg, broccoli at Rs 120 per kg, beetroot at Rs 70 per kg, red cabbage at Rs 40 per kg, jieri greens at Rs 200 per kg, celery at Rs 200 per kg, parsley at Rs 500 per kg, fennel greens at Rs 200 per kg, mint at Rs 400 per kg, carrots at Rs 200 per kg, tamarind at Rs 160 per kg, copper at Rs 160 per kg, tofu at Rs 160 per kg and gundruk at Rs 350 per kg.

Apple (Fuji) Rs 300 per kg, banana (Nepali) Rs 300 per kg, banana (Malbhog) Rs 200, lemon Rs 200 per kg, pomegranate Rs 500 per kg, mango (Maldaha) Rs 200 per kg, mango (Dussehra) Rs 200 per kg, orange (Nepali) Rs 70 per kg, watermelon (green) Rs 70 per kg, junar Rs 300 per kg, pineapple Rs 200 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 60 per kg, cucumber (hybrid) Rs 30 per kg. Similarly, cucumber (local) has been fixed at Rs 50 per kg, jackfruit at Rs 50 per kg, pear (local) at Rs 90 per kg, papaya (Nepali) at Rs 90 per kg, dry fruits (Indian) at Rs 120 per kg, avocado at Rs 800 per kg, amla at Rs 280 per kg, coconut (raw) at Rs 70 per kg and coconut (green) at Rs 170 per kg.

Dragon fruit (Nepali) Rs 400 per kg, ginger Rs 230 per kg, dried chilli Rs 500 per kg, chilli green (lamcho) Rs 100 per kg, chilli green (bullet) Rs 90 per kg, chilli green (fish) Rs 80 per kg, chilli green (Akbare) Rs 250 per kg, sheep chilli Rs 80 per kg, garlic green chilli Rs 200 per kg, green coriander Rs 400 per kg, garlic dried (Chinese) Rs 240 per kg. Likewise, the price of dried garlic (Nepali) has been fixed at Rs 200 per kg, dried fish at Rs 1,000 per kg, fresh fish (rahu) at Rs 340 per kg, fresh fish (leftover) at Rs 300 per kg and fresh fish (Chhadi) at Rs 300 per kg.
