Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has fixed the maximum wholesale price of agricultural products for Wednesday.

According to the committee, tomato big (Nepali) has been sold at Rs 50 per kg, tomato small (local) at Rs 20 per kg, tomato small (tunnel) at Rs 30 per kg, potato red (lamcho) at Rs 52 per kg, potato red (round) at Rs 53 per kg, potato red (mudhe) at Rs 54 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 37 per kg, potato white (Indian) at Rs 35 per kg and onion dried (Indian) at Rs 57 per kg.

Similarly, the price of carrot (local) is Rs 110 per kg, carrot (Terai) at Rs 80 per kg, cabbage (local) at Rs 30 per kg, cauliflower local at Rs 110 per kg, red radish at Rs 30 per kg, white radish at Rs 20 per kg, brinjal lamcho at Rs 60 per kg and brinjal dal at Rs 70 per kg.

According to the committee, beans are sold at Rs 90 per kg, maize beans at Rs 100 per kg, ghee beans (local) at Rs 150 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) at Rs 150 per kg, ghee beans at Rs 160 per kg, tata beans at Rs 100 per kg, soybean beans at Rs 100 per kg, bitter gourd at Rs 70 per kg, gourd at Rs 70 per kg, parwar (local) at Rs 70 per kg, Parwar (Terai) at Rs 70 per kg. Chikindo has been sold at Rs 35 per kg, ghiraula at Rs 70 per kg, jhiguni at Rs 80 per kg, ripe farsi at Rs 60 per kg, green farsi (dallo) at Rs 90 per kg, okra at Rs 60 per kg, sweet potato at Rs 120 per kg, pindalu at Rs 100 per kg and squash at Rs 70 per kg.

Mustard has been set at Rs 200 per kg, spinach at Rs 200 per kg, mustard greens at Rs 150 per kg, onion (green) at Rs 200 per kg, mushroom (ole) at Rs 280 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 500 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 320 per kg and Sitake mushroom at Rs 1,000 per kg.

Cucumber Rs 500 per kg, Niguro Rs 100 per kg, Broccoli Rs 130 per kg, Beetroot Rs 70 per kg, Red Cabbage Rs 40 per kg, Sajivan Rs 300 per kg, Jiri greens Rs 200 per kg, Celery Rs 200 per kg, Parsley Rs 500 per kg, Fennel greens Rs 200 per kg, mint Rs 400 per kg, Gangteradish Rs 200 per kg, Tamarind Rs 180 per kg, Copper Rs 160 per kg. Tofu has been fixed at Rs 160 per kg and gundruk at Rs 350 per kg.

Apple (Fuji) Rs 300 per kg, banana (Nepali) Rs 300, banana (Nepali) Rs 200, lemon Rs 200 per kg, pomegranate Rs 500 per kg, mango (Maldaha) Rs 200 per kg, mango (Dussehra) Rs 200 per kg, watermelon (green) Rs 70 per kg, junar Rs 300 per kg, pineapple Rs 200 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 60 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 60 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 25 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 60 per kg. Likewise, tree jackfruit has been fixed at Rs 60 per kg, local pineapple at Rs 90 per kg, papaya (Nepali) at Rs 90 per kg, papaya (Indian) at Rs 120 per kg, lapsi at Rs 60 per kg, avocado at Rs 800 per kg, amla at Rs 280 per kg, coconut (raw) at Rs 80 per kg and coconut (green) at Rs 170 per kg.

Dragon fruit (Nepali) Rs 400 per kg, ginger Rs 230 per kg, dried chilli Rs 500 per kg, chilli green (lamcho) Rs 100 per kg, chilli green (bullet) Rs 100 per kg, chilli green (fish) Rs 70 per kg, chilli green (Akbare) Rs 250 per kg, sheep chilli Rs 100 per kg, garlic green chili Rs 150 per kg, green coriander Rs 400 per kg, garlic dried (Chinese) Rs 240 per kg. Likewise, the price of dried garlic (Nepali) has been fixed at Rs 200 per kg, dried fish at Rs 800 per kg, fresh fish (rahu) at Rs 340 per kg, fresh fish at Rs 300 per kg and fresh fish (Chhadi) at Rs 300 per kg.
