Kathmandu. The price of land has gone up. The government has increased the price of land across the country by up to 10 percent.

KATHMANDU: The price of land has increased by 10 per cent compared to the last fiscal year, according to the Dilli Bazar Land Office. With this, the government price of land around Keshar Mahal, Jamal, Thamel, New Road and Maitighar has reached Rs 76.60 lakh per anna.

However, the land revenue offices in Bhaktapur district have not made any change in the price of the land. According to the Land Revenue Office, Bhaktapur has maintained the valuation of the last fiscal year.
