Kathmandu. Iran, the world’s leading oil producer, is facing a shortage of petrol. The gasoline crisis in Iran is deepening due to limited production, import problems, and pressure on fuel storage.

According to the international media }, the consumption of petrol in Iran has been increasing steadily in recent days. At present, about 13 million liters of petrol is being consumed daily in Iran. 

While the consumption of petrol continues to increase, the use of compressed natural gas ((CNG) is decreasing.While the consumption of petrol is increasing, the gap between consumption and production remains. 

If this is the case, then officials related to the energy sector have started to express concern that the ga soline crisis in Iran, one of the world’s leading oil producers, will deepen.
