F1Soft Group donates Rs 1.35 crore to flood victims

Kathmandu. Fonesoft Group has donated Rs 1.35 crore for the relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by the recent floods.

The amount has been deposited in the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund through the joint initiative of employees of Fonesoft Group, eSewa, FonePay, Fonesoft International, eSewa Money Transfer and group companies.

This contribution is a joint effort of the company and employees to support the necessary relief and recovery efforts in solidarity with the individuals, families and communities affected by the floods.

At the same time, the contribution of users who have personally helped with relief through eSewa and FonePay is also significant. So far, 1,29,013 users of eSewa have contributed Rs 9.7 crore, while 8,62,445 users of PhonePe have contributed Rs 2.19 billion.

The support received through PhonePe also includes international contributions. From India, 19,858 users contributed Rs 4.22 crore through NPCI-Integrated Payments and 2,965 users from China and Southeast Asia contributed Rs 1.63 crore through Alipay.

Fonesoft Group expresses its sympathies to all the families and communities affected by the floods and wishes for the courage, patience and encouragement of everyone to overcome this difficult situation.

The group has also expressed its gratitude to the government bodies, volunteers, various organizations and individuals who have been continuously working in rescue, relief and assistance in the affected areas.
