Kathmandu. Former Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher JBR has been arrested. Rana was arrested from his house in Maharajgunj last night.

The Crime Investigation Office, Teku has confirmed that Jabra has been arrested. However, the reason for his arrest has not been disclosed.

Former Chief Justice Rana was suspended after an impeachment motion was registered in the parliament in February 2021. He was charged with 21 different charges.
