Mahalakshmi Development Bank has made public its financial statements for the second quarter of the current fiscal year. The bank has made a net profit of Rs 346.8 million. The bank’s profit is 13.69% higher than last year.
The bank has raised Rs 36.43 billion in deposits and invested Rs 28.89 billion in loans till mid-Push, while net interest income and operating profit have increased by 6.05% and 12.71% respectively.Similarly, earnings per share is Rs 22.58 (annual) and net worth is Rs 168.37 per share. The bank has a reserve fund of Rs 1.32 billion.
