Kathmandu. Police have arrested Yubaraj Gurung of the ‘gang leader’ Kumar Ghainte. Gurung, also known as ‘Sanubhai’ , was arrested by the police from Samakhusi. 

According to the police, Gurung, who has been arrested repeatedly on the charge of hooliganism, has been arrested this time also on the charge of hooliganism. 

Gurung is the same person who was handcuffed by the Nepal Police in 2080 BS and paraded around the Thamel Bazaar area. Gurung, who was arrested on the charge of misbehaving with the owner of the club Omnia, was later released on bail of Rs 10,000. 

Soon after, he was arrested and released on charges of assault and extortion. Gurung, who was later arrested for his involvement in assault and extortion, was released again. Even before that, he had been arrested repeatedly, and released.
