The answer to this question is simple. Choosing a coaching center is also a matter of determining how your studies will be. Some people have opened CA coaching centers, such centers will spoil you. If you study in a coaching center with good results, good study material, then your studies will also be good. The fact that ICANN has given affiliation does not mean that the center is better. Whether or not ICANN is affiliated does not make much difference to the student.

More specifically, it is important to know where it is easier for you to study.
