Kathmandu. The trade unions have demonstrated. Trade unions close to the Nepali Congress organized a rally from Maitighar to Baneshwor in Kathmandu on Thursday.

According to the participants, the demonstration was organized demanding a worker-friendly budget for the protection of trade union rights.

The demonstrators had displayed placards that read ‘Increase the salary of employees according to time’, ’10 per cent service charge in hotel and tourism sector’ and ‘Give justice to the victims of cooperatives’. See the rest of the image:
