Kathmandu. A meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) on Monday has formed a three-member probe committee to investigate into the inappropriate and objectionable behavior of lawmakers in the House of Representatives.

Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal has formed a three-member committee convened by Secretary of the House of Representatives, Prakash Adhikari.

The committee has been asked to submit its report within seven days.

During the meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, some lawmakers exhibited indecent and objectionable behavior causing physical damage, the Speaker said.

The agenda of the meeting scheduled for Monday has been removed after the opposition obstructed the House today. The House of Representatives will next meet at 1 pm on June 3.
