Kathmandu. Minister for Education and Sports Sasmit Pokharel has said that legal action would be taken against those involved in the leaking of question papers of MBS first semester examinations under Tribhuvan University Faculty of Management. Minister Pokharel said this while talking to media persons at the Ministry today.

Police have arrested two persons involved in the case and further investigation has been initiated, he added.

Minister Pokharel said that the monitoring has been stepped up by coordinating with the Home Ministry and Nepal Police soon after the question paper was made public. Stating that such incidents had been repeated in the past as well, he made it clear that action has been initiated immediately this time and action would be taken as per the law against anyone involved in activities against good governance.

KATHMANDU: The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested two persons for their alleged involvement in leaking question papers. The question paper of the first semester MBS examination on ‘Organizational Behaviour’ was made public on social media within minutes of the commencement of the examination.
