Kathmandu. Rashmi Pant, Chief Business Officer of Prabhu Bank , has been arrested. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police arrested Pant on Wednesday. 

He is accused of misappropriating a loan of Rs 48 crore. 

The CIB has arrested Shashidhar Sharma, the chairman of Asian Village Resort, on July 30 in connection with the same case.He is being investigated by the CIB on charges of misappropriation of loans. 

According to the CIB, Rashmi has been arrested in connection with the loan misappropriation case given in the name of Resort {{} and {{} Resort and in Rupan dehi.
