The report also states that the vendor was given access so that the entire system could be taken over and the vendor could modify the user's activities. However, both Nepse and Waiko have tried to escape their mischief by defining it as a technical bug wherever Waico has played it arbitrarily. Waico had tried to dismiss it as a normal bug even when the shares of Chandragiri Hills Limited were manipulated by showing fake buyers that were not happening before. As a result, market experts argue that the presence of Nepse's system in the possession of Waiko, which is owned by IME, and the failure in the business from Hathway Investments to Chandragiri Hills, which is directly involved in IME Group, cannot be considered a mere coincidence.

Apart from this, the report has exposed many possible miscreants of NEPSE.
