Kathmandu. Nepal Bank will not pay dividend The bank will not pay any dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. 

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on January 12 decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year 2080/81. 

Bank With the decision made by the Board of Directors,the bank has sent the financial statement of the last fiscal year to the Regulator Nepal Rashtra for final approval. 

Nepal Bank had left the shareholders empty in the previous fiscal year 2079/80 as well. This time too, the shareholders of are disappointed with the decision of not to pay any dividend by .
