Kathmandu. The ‘Squatt ers’ Apartments at Nagarjun-1 in Kathmandu and renovation work has begun. After the demolition of the squatters’ settlements on the banks of the river, the ‘apartments’ that were supposed to house the squatters have been repaired and and have been started.

Meanwhile, Acting Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Sunita Dan gol, inspected the ‘apartment’ .

The government is preparing to keep the squatters on the banks of the Bagmati and Manohara rivers in the same ‘apartments’ {{} after the cleaning of the ‘apartments’ after the squatters will be kept there. With the squatters being kept there, the work of cleaning the ‘apartments’ {{} {{} has been accelerated.

The ‘apartment’ was constructed by the then Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai in 2069 BS at a cost of Rs 120 million for the management of squatters. See the rest of the picture:
