Kathmandu. From now on, the company registration process will be completed in a day. According to the Office of the Company Registrar, arrangements have been made to complete the company registration within a day for the convenience of the service seekers.

According to the Office of the Company Registrar, the name of the company is now registered within 1 working day of receipt of the online request, and the registration of a new company in the prescribed format is within 1 working day of receipt of the application.

According to the Office of the Company Registrar, the post-registration works are usually completed within 1 to 3 working days and in case of dissolution of the company, the work will be completed within 5 working days. 

Earlier, it used to take at least 7 days to register a company. However, there was no time limit for the dissolution of the company. The customers had been complaining and and to dissolve the company. 

According to the Office of the Company Registrar, the final decision will be made within one working day of receipt of the company registration application and 5 working days if the company has to be dissolved.
