Kathmandu. Former ChiefExecutive Officer of Nepal Investment Mega Bank {{ Jyoti Prakash Pandey has been arrested. Police arrested Pandey at around 8 pm on May 12.

According to the police, Pandey was arrested for investigation in the case after he was involved in the auction of the property of the government-owned Smart Cell in the recent past.He was

arrested from Kamalamai Municipality Ward No. 6 of Sindhuli at around 8:00 pm on May 12.

The police have already arrested the then managing director of Smart Cell, Sarbesh Joshi, in connection with the case.Police have started investigation against him on charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust.
