Kathmandu. Former ChiefExecutive Officer of Nepal Investment Mega Bank {{ Jyoti Prakash Pandey has been arrested. Pandey was arrested by the police on Wednesday morning.

Sources claim that Pandey has been arrested for investigation in the case after he was involved in the auction of the property of the government-owned Smart Cell in the recent past. 

The police have already arrested the then managing director of Smart Cell, Sarbesh Joshi, in connection with the case.Police have started investigation against him on charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust.
