Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Sampang, has said that Prime Minister Balendra Shah should answer the questions raised on the government’s policies and programmes presented in the parliament.

During the discussion on the policies and programmes held in the House of Representatives on Thursday, he said it was against the dignity of the parliament and parliamentary tradition that the head of the government did not listen to the debate on his own policy and programme.

He said that although the Prime Minister has not directly listened to the views of the lawmakers in the parliament, he should answer the questions raised by the lawmakers. The Labour and Culture Party has threatened to boycott the parliament if the Prime Minister does not appear to answer questions. “The Prime Minister did not listen to the discussion on the government’s policies and programmes, but I am confident that he will come in course of answering questions,” he said. If he does not come, we will leave our Labour Culture Party. ‘

Taking a dig at the absence of the prime minister, Rai argued that he should not send a groom to his wedding. “You can’t send a groom to your wedding. Since that is the case, he himself must come to answer. Now we cannot run the parliament on the basis that this crow keeps howling, the sinus is drying. Hark said.

Sampang also said that only gossip is not enough to develop the country. He also complained that the policies and programs should have included the suggestions of all the lawmakers, but they were brought unilaterally. According to him, the policies and programs have not been adequately discussed in the parliament.

He also accused the government of not being clear about the policies and programs.
