Kathmandu. The ‘Special Arrangement Ordinance, 2083’ relating to the relieving of the posts of public officials has made it mandatory for the Governor and Bankers of Nepal Rashtra. The ordinance brought by the government led by Prime Minister Balendra Shah to revoke political appointments will not touch the governor and the banker . 

Thus, through the said ordinance, it was estimated that the Governor of the Bank and the Government and the political appointees would be relieved of their positions. 

However, the ordinance does not affect the Governor and those who have been appointed to the Governor . Along with this, the Governor of the Bank Dr. Along with Bishwanath Poudel, the chairman, board members and chief executive officers of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Bank, Nepal and Agriculture Development Bank (CEO) will not be vacated.

With the promulgation of the ordinance, a total of 1,594 office-bearers who have received political appointments will be relieved of their posts, except for the governor of the bank and the officials of the government banks .
