Kathmandu. Himal Dental Hospital and Institute of Dental Science Limited is going to issue an initial public offering (IPO). The company will issue 20% of its issued shares to the general public.

Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The agreement was signed by the chairman of Himal Dental Hospital, Rajendra Prasad Bhatta and Chief Executive Officer of Muktinath Capital Limited, Mr. Kabindra Dhoj Joshi. Company representatives Laxmi Prasad Prasain and Dr. Laxmi Prasad Prasain were present on the occasion. Niranjan Acharya was also present on the occasion.

Himal Dental Hospital and Institute of Dental Science has been playing its role in the field of dental health and education in Nepal for a long time, prioritizing quality dental health care and producing skilled manpower.

Established in 2003, Himal Dental Hospital has been providing dental services to patients suffering from various dental and oral health problems.
