Kathmandu. After the opening of hostels in Kathmandu , the hostel operation in Kathmandu has been tightened . Issuing a notice, the District Administration Office, Kathmandu has tightened the operation of the hostel .

According to the notice issued by the administration office , the hostel operator will no longer be allowed to misbehave with the students living in the hostel . The hostel operator will take action against the students staying in the hostel. 

On the other hand, is found to be selling or using cigarettes, alcohol or any kind of drugs in the hostel.

Similarly, adequate ventilation and sunlight should be provided in the hostel rooms, drinking water and internet should also be mandatory.Also, arrangements should be made for a well-managed library or study room in the hostel. Here are the other criteria for hostel operation:
