During a meeting with Chandra Prasad Dhakal, former president of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), the flood-affected entrepreneurs demanded that the loan should be renewed by waiving the interest on the loans taken from banks and financial institutions .

More than 1,800 small and large industries and businesses have been completely destroyed by the floods. businessmen have also stressed on the need to bring immediate relief and revival programs for the industrialists and businessmen.
