Kathmandu. Garima Bikas Bank Limited has decided to give 20 percent dividend to its shareholders. The bank has proposed to give 20 percent dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last financial year, including 10 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the development bank.
The current paid-up capital of the bank stands at Rs 6.02 billion and the dividend proposed by the board of directors of the bank will reach Rs 6.62 billion after the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) endorses the dividend.
