Kathmandu. Chairman of Nepal Reinsurance Company has resigned from his post. Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors CA Surendra Kumar Poudel has resigned from his post. 

He resigned from the post of with effect from April 2, 2019. 

According to the company, the resignation of Chairman Poudel has been approved by the Finance Minister‘s meeting held on April 14. The company has sent information regarding the resignation of Poudel to the Securities Board of Nepal and the Office of the Registrar of Companies.
