Two illegal banks have been opened in Nepal.

Kathmandu. Two banks have been opened illegally in Nepal. Nepal Kisan Bank Bank Limited and National Food Bank Bank Limited have been opened without the permission of the Ra stra Bank.

It has been revealed that both the banks have not taken the approval of the bank to open the bank. In fact, both the banks have been found to be carrying out transactions with signboards. 

or Bank and Section 32 of the Financial Institutions Act require the mandatory approval of the State Bank to use the name or ‘Bank or ‘Financial Institution’. However, neither of these companies has taken permission to use the name ‘Bank’ .

The Rastra Bank has not taken any action even though it has operated two banks without the approval of the Rashtra Bank.It is said that the activities of both these banks are agriculture and food. However, there is a clear provision in the Act that the approval of the Rastra Bank is mandatory for the use of ‘bank’ in the name of the company.

Ironically, Dipendra Bahadur Chhetri, the former governor of the bank, is the advisor and financial coordinator of the bank, which is operating illegally in the National Food Bank } Nepal Rastra and of the bank.Similarly, the Board of Directors of Rastra Bank, Dr. Shankar Prasad Acharya is an advisor. This is the reason why the nation Bank is suspected .

So much so that the National Food Bank has even created a website. However, Nepal Kisan Bank does not have an official website of .
