Kathmandu. The Central Investigation Bureau (CBI) of Nepal Police (CIB) is also investigating the people associated with controversial businessman Deepak Bhatta. The CIB has started investigation into persons linked to Bhatta. 

Among those who have been dragged into the CIB’s investigation, } are 56 investors and high-ranking officials of various companies.

The CIB has sent a letter to the Securities Board of India (SEBI) to freeze their shares of . The CIB has also directed them to disclose their investment details as they are beinginvestigated under the Securities Act, 2063. 

Also, the sale or transfer of shares will be prohibited until the investigation of is completed. 

Himalayan Re-Insurance, Nepal Micro Insurance, Himalayan Security Banker, Capserv Ltd., Guardian Micro Life Insurance, Himalayan Investment Bankers, According to CIB sources, investigations have been initiated against the managers and main shareholders of Protective Micro and Himalayan Life Insurance .
