Kathmandu. The government has increased the salaries of civil servants. The government has increased the salary of civil servants by 21 percent through the budget for the coming fiscal year. 

Presenting the budget for the next fiscal year, Finance Minister Dr.Swarnim Wagle has announced a 21% increase in the salary of } employees.

Withthis, the minimum salary of civil servants has increased from Rs 40,000 to Rs 1 lakh.Finance Minister Wagle also announced that the salary of the employees will be effective from July 1. 

The Finance Minister has said that but employees will get an increase in salary only from August next year.
