Kathmandu. Rastriya Prajatantra Party ( RPP) lawmaker Gyan Bahadur Shahi has said that there is no place to call the Finance Minister an expert. in Parliament Finance Minister Dr. Shahi said this while participating in the discussion on the budget presented by Swarnim Wagle. 

He has expressed dissatisfaction with the Finance Minister saying that the budget brought in such a budget cannot be called an expert. 

Lawmaker Shahi expressed his ire at the government’s policy of imposing tax on the treatment expenses of the patients.Shahi said that the government’s policy of imposing tax on the citizens who are fighting against the disease is cruel. 

He also said that the budget brought by the government will put Nepal’s pharmaceutical business in crisis .
