Kathmandu. The Patan High Court has remanded Om Prasad Pandey to judicial custody in connection with the Prabhu Bank scam. A division bench of Justices Tanka Prasad Gurung and Kabi Prasad Neupane issued the order to send Pandey and other senior officials of Prabhu Bank to jail for investigation.

The case under the banking offense has been recovered from Rs 72 crore 77 lakh 6 thousand 900. In this case, the court ordered to send the defendant Om Pandey, who is in custody, to jail and in the case of other defendants who are outside, they should be arrested and sent to jail for investigation.
