Kathmandu. The government has cut the winter and annual holidays of schools. Earlier, the winter and annual holidays were reduced to 30 days from 45 days.

The current government has curtailed the two-day winter and annual holidays of (Saturday and , , , , , , and . However, the working hours in the school have been kept at 220 days. 

However, the Ministry of Education can adjust the working days to if the 220 working days are not reached, the Ministry of Education has said and } will adjust the working days if the 220 working days are not reached.
