Kathmandu. Prime Minister Balendra Shah will visit New York on September 23 to attend the United Nations General Assembly . Prime Minister Balen will be visiting New York on September 23 to attend the United Nations General Assembly {{}.

Balen is scheduled to leave for New York for a short session to address the General Assembly, and will return home on September 22.

In the General Assembly, the Prime Minister will draw attention to the impact and damage caused by climate change in Nepal. A delegation of up to 10 people, including the Prime Minister, is scheduled to go to New York.

Earlier, a delegation led by Foreign Minister Sishir Khanal was scheduled to attend the General Assembly. However, after the floods in Bhotekoshi, the Prime Minister is going to attend the General Assembly.
