Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank has extended the deadline for repayment of loan installments to the borrowers affected by the floods in Bhotekoshi. Banks and financial Unified Directives Issuing a consolidated directive to the banks and the flood-affected banks.

Through this directive,the Nepal Bank can extend the deadline for the flood-affected borrowers who have to pay installments by mid-October till mid-January.

Banks and financial institutions will have to make a realistic analysis of the financial condition of the borrower, the impact on import and export and the utilization of the loan.
