Kathmandu. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asian Life Insurance has resigned. Dinesh Lal Shrestha, the CEO of the company, has resigned from his post.

The 233rd meeting of the Board of Directors of the Board of Directors held on October 22 approved Shrestha’s resignation.

According to a director of the company, Shrestha’s resignation will be effective from October 10. Along with Shrestha’s resignation, the board of directors has also decided to give the responsibility of acting CEO to Deputy Chief Executive Officer Hom Bahadur Shrestha until further arrangement.

The company has informed NEPSE, Insurance Authority, Securities Board of Nepal, Office of the Company Registrar and CDS and Clearing Limited about the resignation of the CEO and the decision to appoint the acting CEO.
