Swabalamban laghubitta bittya sanstha limited has announced the distribution of dividends. Microfinance will distribute dividends to its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year (2079–80).

The meeting of the board of directors of microfinance held on Tuesday has decided to provide 12.36% bonus shares and 0.65% cash dividends for tax purposes to the shareholders.

After the proposed dividends are approved by the regulatory authority, the company will present them at the annual general meeting. Once the meeting is passed, only then will the distribution to the shareholders be announced.

In the previous year, Microfinance had distributed 15% bonus shares and 6.05% cash dividends.
