Asha Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited has brought the founder’s shares for sale. Laghubitta has brought 87,014 founder shares for sale as of November 11.

Some of the founder shareholders of Laghubitta have started selling their shares held in ownership. Only the existing founder shareholders of Laghubitta can apply for the sale of shares. Interested shareholders who want to buy shares can apply within the next 35 days. The price of the shares has not been determined.

The company has announced that if no application is received from any founder shareholder within this period, the share sale will be open to general investors.
