Kathmandu. The government and the Durga Prasain group have reached an agreement . The 14-point agreement was signed between the government and the representatives of Prasain-led Mega Campaign for Nation, Nationality, Religion, Culture and Citizen Rescue Campaign. 

The agreement was signed by coordinator of the campaign Bishnu Bohara Chhetri on behalf of the campaign and Liladhar Subedi on behalf of the government.

The bill proposes that the banks and financial institutions will not be allowed to freeze the social security allowances, medical expenses,pension and salary accounts of and salaried accounts of and financial institutions.

Similarly, it has been agreed to add a provision related to re-tabulation of loans , review the existing provisions related to blacklisting of microfinance financial institutions and auction of collateral and prepare appropriate implementation options by collecting data and analyzing the demand related to loan waiver. 

With the agreement between the government and Mega Campaign, all the programs of the movement to save the nation, nationality, religion, culture and citizens have been suspended since Saturday.Here is the 14-point consensus:
