Chartered Accountant Kabi Raj Adhikari has been appointed as the Executive Director of Social Security Fund. The board of directors appointed him for 4 years on Monday.

Twelve people applied for the position of executive director of the fund. The sub-committee shortlisted 6 of them. Finally, Kavi Raj Adhikari was appointed to that post.

The tenure of the then executive director of the fund, Kapilmani Gyawali, ended on July 14.
