Siddhartha Bank has announced to distribute a dividend of 4.21% cash from the profit of the fiscal year 2079/80.

The meeting of the bank’s board of directors held on Wednesday decided to distribute a dividend of 4.21% cash, including tax. The bank will distribute the said dividend only after it is approved by the central bank and the annual general meeting of Sidhartha Bank.

In the previous fiscal year, the bank had distributed a bonus share of 12.05% and a cash dividend of 0.66%.
