Prakash Gurung has been appointed as the new CEO of the Green Development Bank in Pokhara, Gandaki Pradesh.

The board meeting appointed Gurung, who has more than two decades of experience in the banking and financial sector, as the new chief executive officer. Previously, he had served as the deputy CEO of Sunrise Development Bank as well as the director of Pokhara Finance.

Similarly, he has played a skilled and leadership role in the long-term business planning, strategy translation, and implementation of financial institutions. Gurung, the newly appointed deputy CEO of Green Development Bank, expressed his happiness at the opportunity to work in senior management.

Therefore, the officials who have been told to maintain their role will further strengthen the bank.
