ICFC Finance will distribute cash dividends to shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The company will distribute a 6.50 percent cash dividend to shareholders, including tax.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Friday, Mangsir 22, has decided to distribute a 6.50 percent cash dividend of the current capital.

The proposed dividend will be distributed only to shareholders, as approved by the upcoming general meeting of the regulatory Nepal Rastra Bank and Finance.

Last year, the company distributed a total of a 10 percent dividend, including 5 percent bonus shares and 5 percent cash for tax purposes.
