Citizens Life Insurance has announced dividends for its shareholders. The board meeting held on Push 16 has declared a 5.2632% dividend.

Along with this, the shareholders will also receive bonus shares at a rate of 5% from the profits of the fiscal year. Similarly, the company has also announced that it will distribute cash dividends at a rate of 0.2632% for tax purposes.

The declared dividends will be distributed to the shareholders only after approval from the Insurance Regulatory Authority of Nepal at the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
