The Nepal Oil Corporation has reduced the price of petroleum products. The corporation has reduced the price of petrol, diesel, and kerosene as of Tuesday morning.
The corporation has reduced the price of petrol, diesel, and kerosene by the same 1/1 rupee. Accordingly, the price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 163.50 per liter for the first class, Rs 165 for the second class, and Rs 166 for the third class.
Similarly, the price of diesel and kerosene has been fixed at Rs 153.50 per liter for the first class, Rs 155 for the second class, and Rs 156 for the third class.
The corporation has now implemented an automatic pricing adjustment system. When the Indian Oil Corporation reduces the price, Nepal also automatically reduces the price. After the Indian Oil Corporation reduced the price on Monday, Nepal also adjusted the price. The Indian corporation had reduced the price of petrol by Rs 1.26 per liter and diesel/kerosene by Rs 0.83 per liter.
