Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited is planning to issue an initial public offering (IPO).

The company has called for a general meeting on Chaitra 5 for the IPO issuance. The general meeting of the company will start at 11 a.m. at Shubh Hotel Pvt. Ltd., Birendranagar, Surkhet.

In the meeting, the company will present a proposal regarding the IPO issuance.

Additionally, there will be discussions on the profit and loss account of the financial year 2079/80 and the agenda for appointing auditors and determining their remuneration for the financial year 2080/81.

The meeting will also elect an independent board to operate independently.
