After the merger, Nerude Laghubitta and Mirmire Laghubitta financial institutions are set to start unified operations on Falgun 30. Once approved by the central bank and the company registrar’s office for the unified operation, both financial institutions will begin unified operations on Falgun 30.

Both institutions, approved for the merger by the Securities Board on Kartik 24, have been provided final approval by the central bank on Falgun 21 and the company registrar’s office on Falgun 22 for the unified operation.

After the merger, both institutions will start operations under the name of Nerude Mirmire LaghuVitta Financial Institution. The merger has been done at a ratio of a 1:1 share swap for both companies.

The central office of the institution will be located in Banepa Municipality-8, Kabhre Palanchok, after the merger.
